Blu Oyster is a three storey building where the ground and first floor are a restaurant and the third floor is a co-working rented space. The space is designed in Goan concept which has an open airy beach feel. Keeping the color scheme clean with white and grey backdrops and splashes of turquoise and orange - logo color is used as a highlighters. To make the space more lively we have used lots of planters hanging on railings and vertical gardens. The interior composition is simple and effective as it successfully creates a visually and functionally pleasant space. The whole structure is of steel with exposed columns, beams, roof and walls with a raw look. The restaurant is designed for both outdoor and indoor dining. The ground floor has a bar counter with 5 covers with dining area which can accommodate 56 covers and the outdoor deck area has 18 covers. The mirror paneling on the long wall with frames opposite to entrance glass façade reflects the planters outside which makes the space look open and more spacious.
The first floor has a long seating in line with the wall where the logo is been designed with lots of decorative plants. Indoor dining can accommodate 49 covers and the outdoor deck has 28 covers. Outer deck has a vertical garden which makes space more lively and fresh.
The double height space has a full height glass façade that creates the feel of an open space where beautiful attractive oyster-shaped lights are hanging which is the prominent element in the restaurant. The use of theme based light fixtures and furniture makes the space trendy and inviting.
